78400 / 18400 Series LincolnLog™ Anti Cavitation Valve
Axial Flow LincolnLog design utilizes a tortuous path to distribute pressure drop along the axis of the plug.
The axial stages throttle in unison as the plug strokes, maintaining staging ratios at all lift points.
Velocity and pressure drop are controlled, thus eliminating cavitation and the resulting trim damage.
This valve is highly effective in pump recirculation and high pressure liquid letdown applications, including those found in Hydrotreater processes.

74000 Series Heavy Oil Process Valve
The base level 74000 series valve is characterized by a single stage trim, packaged in an angle style valve body, and having relatively simple flow geometry, for both the valve body and trim.
This simplicity of flow path has proven successful in targeted heavy oil applications where high-velocity erosive jets are destroying more complex valve trims.
This product has been uniquely successful in tough refining applications where entrained solids are the primary concern, and where other conventional severe service trims have failed catastrophically.
The 74000 has industry-wide endorsements for success under the toughest of conditions, and is frequently specified by name with experienced users. When seeking products that are differentiated in the market, the 74000 stands out as unique in both design and performance.

37002 Series Minitork II Butterfly Control Valves
The MiniTork® II is a heavy duty automatic throttling control butterfly valve that provides superior performance by incorporating the following features:
• Low Dynamic Torque – the unique cupped shape disc results in a dynamic torque considerably lower than conventional butterfly valves.
• Bi-Directional Flow – The reverse cupped construction of the Minitork disc is not self-limiting. Accordingly, the low torque can be maintained regardless of flow direction.
• Deflection-free and backlash-free operation. Splined and clamped construction with an ouboard ball bearing and a rigid bracket assembly provide the structural rigidity required for precise positioning.
• Direct Mounted Positioners – Position feedback is directly connected to the valve shaft eliminating potential lost motion and providing improved positioning accuracy.
• Triple Bearing System – provides exceptional support and guiding for the shaft.
• Valve Position Indicator – highly visible, which allows quick visual inspection of disc position.
• Integrally Cast Extension Bonnet – provides ability to handle wide range of process temperatures.
• Spring Diaphragm Actuator – with total enclosure of all moving parts provides increased resistance to environmental corrosion.
The 37002 Series is a control valve used on large flow rates with low-pressure drop. It is available with complete PTFE lining (38002

36005 Series V-Max™ Control Ball Valve
These high-capacity V-ported control ball valves offer automatic throttling capability with flexible shutoff options, simplified maintenance needs, and enhanced operational reliability.
The V-Max* rotary control valve offers high-capacity, heavy-duty automatic throttling capability. The valve’s advanced design features offer substantial benefits, including:
- Simplified alignment. The valve’s integrally cast raised face flanges (in compliance with ASME 150 or 300 Class standards) eliminate the need for long tie rods, significantly simplifying the alignment process.
- Installation flexibility. To meet a variety of application needs, the valve is available with two different face-to-face dimensions: standard construction complies with ISA S75.04 and IEC 534-3-2 standards and a short pattern complies with the ANSI B16.
- Enhanced flow capacities. A straight-through flow pattern provides exceptional capacities, while the patented dual-characterized V-port ball combines an equal percentage flow characteristic with highcapacities and greater than 500:1 rangeability.
- Excellent leakage control: A standard EF(emission free) seal packing system provides long-term, zero leakage† shaft sealing performance.
